It can be hard to adjust to the social and cultural life at an American university. Years of academic preparation may not prepare a student for actually living in the United States.
Living with a local loving family while attending high school in the US allows students to have a richer understanding of American culture. Families are committed to providing a nurturing home environment for young people, and and educational experience that complements their academic life.
